Children Entrepreneurship Opportunities - The CEO

Pas CEO program is designed to unlock children potential in a fun, educational and creative way. A lot of children have
hidden potential for entrepreneurship but don't know how to realize their objective. Most of our traditional school curriculum
don't teach entrepreneurship or are simply inadequate for today modern world where millions of young graduates are churned
into the labor market unemployable either for lack of job or lack of required skills . CEO program is focused on developing
the entrepreneurship traits in these children at their early age through proactive and well tailored training to foster their
interest and needs in a way that they can launch their own company or walk away with skills, values and experiences that
will stimulate them towards different opportunities beside wage employment. Pas children are groomed with the mind set
of being an employer of labor, creating job for themselves and others.

Purpose

The overall goal of Pas CEO Program is to inspire students to create real businesses and realize a profit. Pas CEO Program has five educational goals:

Teach students the relevancy of entrepreneurship
Develop an entrepreneurial mindset while connecting their world to the world around them
Provide students with the psychological benefits of ownership and empowerment so that vital business and life skills emerge
Enable students to start exploring possible career options; and
To show kids how their core academic learning applies to the world around them.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP

We teach people the mindset and the skills to be innovators and entrepreneurs. Pas Entrepreneurs focus is developing the ability to recognize opportunity and giving people the tools to capitalize on those opportunities that empowers them to take ownership of their future in ways which directly link education to real-world success.

COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS

Our youth today need communication skills, both in written form and verbally. Being able to give a speech or a presentation will greatly benefit them personally and professionally today. Pas Entrepreneurs addresses this by teaching our students communication skills needed for business as well as for everyday communicating with others.

LEADERSHIP SKILLS

Developing the ability to analyze their own strengths and weaknesses, set personal and professional goals, and have the self-esteem, confidence, motivation, and abilities to carry them out. . Pas Entrepreneurs provides the tools needed for youth to manage time, work in a team setting, set goals, start conversations, facilitate meetings, and make effective presentations; all of which are positive life skills that they will carry into adulthood.

CODING

Pas Entrepreneurs has taken on the task to teach a future generation basic coding, a skill that is useful for the future of business and personal.

CRITICAL THINKING

Critical thinking is the intellectually disciplined process of actively and skillfully conceptualizing, applying, analyzing, synthesizing, and/or evaluating information gathered from, or generated by, observation, experience, reflection, reasoning, or communication, as a guide to belief and action.

Public Speaking

Too many children fear public speaking, but in reality, it’s a vital skill for professional success. We aim to foster an environment where students feel comfortable speaking up, sharing and presenting their ideas. They learn to pitch, present to investors and much, much more.

It’s never too early to teach children about business and positive values. Positive and productive children become positive and productive adults. Pas Entrepreneurs is committed to developing the leaders of tomorrow.

Make Opportunities Happen

Would you like to be your own boss? Have you ever dreamed of starting your own business? Don’t know what to do about your great business idea? If you have ever thought about these situations then you need our entrepreneurship program.

Pas Business Enterprise entire session will introduce participants to relevant entrepreneurial and
vocational skills that help them set their own business, launch their own products and learn to be
innovative and creative on daily basis.
Pas Entrepreneurs recognize the interdisciplinary value of entrepreneurship and weave it throughout our
curricular and co-curricular programs. The skills learned in our entrepreneurship classes are vital
the success of any business -- large or small, public or private, corporate or not-for-profit, local or global.
Participants learn to recognize, create and shape opportunities, provide the leadership and build the team to
create economicand social value. Our students learn to assess feasibility and drivers of opportunities, develop
viable business models, and take action.
We teach both predictive and creative approaches to all aspects of launching, growing and expanding businesses and organizations.
While our entrepreneurship courses provide a broad skill-set for business they also provide highly customized paths for a variety
of business contexts, including new ventures, franchises, corporate ventures, socially responsible companies, and family-controlled enterprises.

Implementation

How can you implement the program in your school?

The program consists of modules ready for teaching young students in an experiential way, tailored for all level of education from elementary to high schools. Through this learning process, students learn to identify their strengths and capabilities of their classmates, to believe in themselves and in their ability to succeed.

The lesson plans which include activities, questions, and videos can be obtained after a frontal training with Pas Entrepreneurs.

The modules are chosen from a wide range of modules on the program by the school administration and in consultation with Pas Entrepreneurs.

Although the topics taught are professional and of a high standard, they are served to students and teachers in the way that is understood to them, with emphasis on pleasure, experiential learning and values such as tolerance, listening to others, honesty, etc

The program is designed for an independent implementation of the school; the school administration decides who among the school staff will guide the program and pass it on to the students.

The chosen teacher/member of staff will hold a training session with Pas Entrepreneurs and at the end will get the digital files of the module.

The school staff deploys the program among its students. When they are about to finish teaching the module, the school staff will schedule another training session for the next module, and so on until the program is complete.

As mentioned above, the structured lesson plans for the teachers include presentations, videos, activities, articles and more.

The ready to use modules of the entrepreneurship program for kids are delivered after training to ensure the successful implementation of the curricula.

When the full program is implemented, the young entrepreneurs are going through the same process that a mature entrepreneur goes through; they identify needs and opportunities, define a target audience, write a business and marketing plan, and set up their own project. Each module is accompanied by a detailed lesson plan, ready and structured for teachers. They are accompanied by presentation, activities, videos, newspaper articles, examples and questions that encourage students to think.

The program is experiential, focused on the students' ideas for projects, and encourages entrepreneurship in the process of personal empowerment and motivation, alongside providing theoretical and practical knowledge. The program is taught by the teachers in the schools after undergoing training by Pas Entrepreneurs.

The program can be customized for your school’s current curriculum or after school activities.

Possible options include:

1 week: 1 hour a day
2 months: 1 hour a week
4 months: 1 hour a week

All of our programs are based on university-level concepts that have been modified for differing levels of complexity. All programs teach the same curriculum.
